Who processes it for us
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Measure page visits after analytics consent. We exclude URL query strings and fragments, and do not send your brief, form answers, name or email to Analytics. Advertising personalisation is disabled.
- xAI (Grok)
Processes messages you type into the intake chat, and each submitted brief, to structure it and write an internal summary.
- Notion
Stores submitted briefs as our lead records.
- Telegram and/or Resend (if enabled)
Deliver a new-lead alert to WOOKhoop.
- Cal.com
Handles bookings. If you book from the brief, your name, email and brief are passed as the booking notes.
- Vercel
Hosts the website.
What we don't do
- No advertising trackers on this site.
- No automated email sequences. The newsletter is a separate, opt-in subscription on LinkedIn.
- We don't sell or share your details with anyone except the processors above.
Your choices
Use the Privacy choices button on any page to allow or reject analytics. Rejecting after allowing clears this site's Google Analytics cookies and stops future measurement on this browser. Analytics event data uses Google's two-month retention setting.
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, message Ashutosh Shrivastava on LinkedIn or mention it on your call. Please don't send passwords, card numbers or health records through this site.
